WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our life at St James' is grounded in the goodness of God and in his message of hope in Jesus Christ. We are therefore a worshipping community, seeking first to receive God’s word to us in the Scriptures and orientate our lives towards him. That same message of hope is one we want to embody and share with our neighbours in Trowbridge. We are a mix of people, with different backgrounds and at different stages of spiritual growth, but we are united in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.

As a parish in the Church of England, St James’s affirms its statement of Christian faith, the Thirty-Nine Articles. We're also an Evangelical Alliance member church.
