Christian Aid Saturday Morning Market

On a lovely sunny Saturday, Christian Aid held a successful coffee morning and market in the church hall on May 20th.

Stalls included Tools for Self Reliance and Fair Trade.

With Bric-a-Brac, books, cakes and a raffle just under £900 was raised.

There was a nice atmosphere and people enjoyed the morning.

All ready to staff the stalls

The Market took place at the end of Christian Aid week which ran from 14th to 20th May this year.

Christian Aid are a global movement of people, churches and local organisations. They exist to create a world where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty.
